During our recent stay at Chart House , we truly appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere that made our visit so enjoyable. The owner, Jill, was not only welcoming but also engaged us in delightful conversations, which added a personal touch to our experience. Our accommodations were comfortable, allowing for restful nights after our daily adventures. We particularly loved the breakfast options; it was a great start to our day with plenty of fresh fruits and cheeses. Although we didn't opt for the cooked breakfast, the sheer variety ensured we were well-fed for our outings. The property is ideally located, giving us access to nature while still being just a 10-minute walk from Dorking's charming High Street. The alpacas were a hit with my kids, providing a unique and fun activity right at the lodge. We hope to return soon, especially since it offers such a homey environment while being close to attractions like Chessington World of Adventures. It made for a memorable family vacation.
